Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPG Analyst to join our organization in the capacity of lead developer for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modules in RPGLE and RPG Free formatting, including JSON integration with seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement SQL and SQLRPGLE solutions ensuring optimal results.
  • Lead teams from a development and system support setting, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Responsible for resolving tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreements and continuously improving processes for excellence and speed.
  • Represent the IT department in meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong programming and design background in AS400/RPG technologies with a focus on software development.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, capable of taking initiative and driving projects forward.
  • Prior experience working with warehouse management systems and developing in-house software is desirable.
  • PMP and ITIL certifications are advantageous for career growth and development.
