We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to fill a key position in our development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and testing complex applications on the AS400 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality applications using RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2 technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues through collaboration with colleagues.
  • Develop comprehensive unit test cases and plans to ensure application stability.
  • Enhance existing applications to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the development industry with exposure to the complete life cycle of development on CLP/RPG/RPGLE.
  • Extensive knowledge of AS400 technology, including RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2.
  • Excellent English communication skills and experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Good-to-have:
    • Experience in the insurance domain, preferably in life insurance.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
    • Self-motivated, flexible, responsible, and a desire for quality.
