Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing, a strong grasp of testing methodologies, and proven experience in driving quality throughout the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Testing: Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with software development and testing standards.
  • Reporting: Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC, hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing, proficiency in SQL queries, familiarity with bug tracking tools, understanding of Agile methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
