About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and smooth operation of projects related to the build, QA, deployment, and analytics tracking of dozens of emails per month.

The Senior Digital Project Manager's job is to stay on top of all the pieces of an email campaign, ensuring they stay on deadline. This includes understanding how all the pieces come together and making sure everything is accomplished to task.

This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to deliver in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Performing QA testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients (mobile, desktop, etc.)
  • Email content and links match the client submission
  • Content is proofed and error-free
  • Coordinating with client contacts to secure approval of emails, and addressing any edits that may be needed
  • Scheduling emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Guiding clients on account protocols and clearly answering questions (e.g., regarding use of proper email templates, etc.)
  • Processing and uploading distribution lists
  • Pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and sharing reports with clients
  • Assisting with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds
