Job Description\

As a technical leader, you will oversee a team responsible for developing cutting-edge mobile applications.

This opportunity combines hands-on technical contributions with people leadership in a remote team of three engineers.

You will take ownership of the systems behind our Mobile App and Point of Sale software, managing operational excellence and championing modern development practices.

The successful candidate will have owned solution design for complex features within mobile apps before and have worked with applications used at scale.

Partner closely with product managers as joint owners of your product success, contributing technical and delivery insight to shape what gets built.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required to move from conversations with non-technical stakeholders to reframing projects into detailed designs requirements for the engineering team.
