Job Title: Site Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Site Project Coordinator. This role involves coordinating the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Study project specifications, drawings, and standards to prepare comprehensive project plans.
  • Resource Management: Closely monitor manpower utilization, material consumption, and safety norms to optimize resource allocation.
  • Cage Fabrication: Oversee cage fabrication, pile casting, BBS preparation, and reconciliation to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Communication: Coordinate with all departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Progress Reporting: Submit daily progress reports to management and client representatives to maintain transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
