Quality Assurance Expert

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing methodologies, manual and automated testing, and strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Perform various types of testing, including regression and API testing.
  • Ensure compliance with software development and testing standards.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  • Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database validation.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in mobile application testing.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.
