Social Media Manager Position

Our organization is seeking a skilled and innovative Social Media Manager to build and scale our presence across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, trend awareness, and flawless execution to strengthen our brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan monthly content calendars for campaigns, festivals, and launches.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories with brand consistency.
  • Coordinate shoots with photographers, stylists, and models.
  • Write impactful captions and maintain brand tone.
  • Engage followers, manage influencer collaborations, and community interactions.
  • Track analytics (reach, engagement, growth) and share reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for showroom promotions and paid campaigns.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in social media for luxury/fashion/jewellery brands.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, reels, and engagement trends.
  • Creative eye for styling, photography, and video aesthetics.
  • Excellent English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in influencer marketing.
  • Skills in Canva/Adobe/CapCut.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
