Job Title: Digital Presence Specialist

We are seeking an expert who can create compelling content, manage influencer collaborations, and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies.

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars for campaigns, festivals, and launches
  • Develop visually appealing posts, stories, and reels that align with our brand tone
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and models to create high-quality content
  • Write captivating captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Foster engagement with followers, manage influencer relationships, and moderate community interactions
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide regular reports
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to coordinate showroom promotions and paid campaigns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management for luxury, fashion, or jewelry brands
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, as well as trends in engagement and content creation
  • Creative vision for styling, photography, and video aesthetics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Telugu or Hindi is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in influencer marketing and campaign coordination
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or CapCut design software
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite tools
