Data Architecture Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Data Architect to lead our organization's data strategy, designing and implementing a cohesive enterprise-wide data architecture that aligns with our business objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of industry best practices around data architecture, as well as experience in architecting and implementing enterprise data warehouses, master data management, data integration, BI & analytics, content management, and data management platforms.

  • The role involves maintaining and managing existing data architecture, setting up the strategy for the banks data architecture, and overseeing target state design and implementation.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that captures the current state holistic data architecture and drives innovation in areas such as Data, Analytics, and AI/ML.
  • Collaborating with Business heads, Data teams, IT Heads, IT teams, and internal and external tech stakeholders to ensure the enterprise data strategy adds value to the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or hold equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience delivering information management solutions to large numbers of end users.
  • 10+ years experience in architecting and implementing enterprise data warehouse, master data management, data integration, BI & analytics, content management, and data management platforms.
  • Experience of creating and implementing data strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of industry best practices around data architecture in both cloud and on prem solutions.
