Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Hyperion Infrastructure Administrator. This position requires a strong background in Hyperion administration and infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring Oracle Hyperion systems, including Essbase, Planning, and HFM.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the infrastructure performance to ensure high availability of applications.
  • Maintenance, Patching, and Upgrades: Performing regular maintenance tasks, applying patches, and upgrading Hyperion infrastructure components as needed.
  • Data Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity in case of data loss or system failure.
  • Security Management: Managing user security, access control, and ensuring environment hardening.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Responding to technical queries from internal teams and clients, providing troubleshooting, and conducting root cause analysis for issues.

Requirements:

  • Total Experience Required: 10+ Years.
  • Relevant Experience: 8-10 Years in Hyperion administration or closely related fields.

Essential Skills:

  • Hyperion Administration: Experience in administering Hyperion applications and infrastructure.
  • Hyperion Infrastructure Management (OCI): Knowledge of managing Hyperion infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar environments.
  • Essbase: Experience with Essbase, a component of the Oracle Hyperion suite used for analytics and business intelligence.
  • Smart View: Familiarity with Smart View, a tool used for financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the Hyperion suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic Working Knowledge of HFM Application: Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications, though not necessarily an expert level.
  • Strong Communication and Client Interaction Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
