About the Role:
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of our O2C operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all activities.
- Develop and implement robust policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement initiatives in billing processes through automation, technology adoption, and best practice implementation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in sales, operations, finance, and legal to streamline processes and resolve complex issues.
- Manage client billing escalations and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure adherence to all regulations, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
