Administrative Operations Manager

The role of an administrative operations manager is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, data management, and reporting tasks.

This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive person who can ensure accurate reports and analysis are presented to management on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Organize, update, and maintain records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
  • Support management with data analysis for decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communication across teams.
  • Monitor inventory, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and operational trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
