Role Overview

This internship provides a unique opportunity to be part of a top-tier program delivery and user engagement team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, offering support and guidance throughout their learning journey, fostering a culture of inclusivity and success.
  • Regularly engage with students to monitor progress and provide actionable feedback, ensuring seamless communication and adaptability.
  • Identify areas where students may need additional support and develop tailored plans to help them overcome challenges and stay on track.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, providing regular reports that inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders, using insights to enhance the overall student experience and contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS-Office applications
  • Ability to start the internship between September 6th and October 11th
  • Availability for a minimum of six months
  • Relevant skills and interests that align with the organization's objectives
