Job Title: Enterprise Project Leader

As the key point of contact, you will oversee multiple projects from conception to completion. Implement a comprehensive project management framework to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing an efficient project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
    • Manage project budgets, monitor changes, and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting client needs and business objectives.
      • Cultivate a collaborative work environment among project stakeholders and ensure effective teamwork between project managers and client subject matter experts throughout the process.
        • Oversee the performance of the design and project management/site delivery team in fulfilling delegated responsibilities.
          • Support negotiations and coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion.
            • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented approach, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the building construction industry is necessary.
      • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects is essential.
        • A degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or a related field is required.
          • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs is necessary.
            • Excellent team management and client-facing experience is required.
              • Tech-savvy individuals with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives are preferred.
                • The ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and customer satisfaction is essential.
                  • Independence with minimal supervision and adaptability to fast-paced environments are key qualities.
