Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Excellence Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will lead and direct plant operations, ensuring smooth execution of production workflows, quality standards, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of excellence in plant operations, fostering teamwork, safety discipline, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee daily operations across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions, driving achievement of production targets, delivery schedules, and cost-efficiency goals
  • Monitor and improve productivity, utilization, and process adherence using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies

Production Planning & Control

  • Work closely with planning, procurement, and logistics teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to maximize output and minimize waste

Maintenance & Equipment Management

  • Ensure equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, and asset longevity through effective collaboration with the maintenance team
  • Minimize breakdowns and disruptions through proactive maintenance planning

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to quality systems, including ISO 13485, GMP, and regulatory standards, promoting a culture of quality and accountability
  • Address non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and support internal/external audits

Skills & Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of plant operations, production workflows, and quality standards
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Analytical and process improvement mindset
  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, or manufacturing software
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
