Job Overview

As a Senior Master Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of industrial projects and data centers. With 14+ years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in data center, you will have expertise in advanced manufacturing of chemicals, fine chemicals, and specialty chemicals.

New energy businesses like EV, PV, and associates industrial projects require specialized knowledge. Automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects also fall under your domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent domain knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings.
  • Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion.

Bachelor of Architecture degree from a recognized university is a must along with registration with the Council of Architecture.

Requirements:
  • Mastery in architectural design skills to work on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D models.
  • Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications.
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications, requirements, hygiene, and sustainability-related design concepts.
Role Overview:
  • Façade & Fenestration, Interiors, Sanitation, and plumbing conceptualization to detail engineering.
  • Preparation of various options meeting the Uptime Institutes Tier standard.
  • Planning / guiding a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models.
