Demand Planner Role Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in consumer goods, food and beverage, or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro is highly desirable, but not essential. We also welcome applicants with strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • The successful candidate will be familiar with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE, and possess strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • A key aspect of this role is the ability to work effectively with Sales and Marketing teams globally, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand planning strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on demand planning performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in a morning shift (7 AM - 4 PM IST) and adapt to a hybrid working arrangement based in Pune.
