Job Title: Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth project execution.
  • Efficiently manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Maintain timely completion of project milestones according to schedule.
  • Manage site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with IS codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of construction methods and standards
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (desired)
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work at project sites across regions
