High-Rise Development Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a key role in the management of on-site operations, ensuring high-quality finishing works in high-rise projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing rectification activities, as well as monitoring and managing project costs, materials, and vendor/agency coordination.

A strong technical knowledge of high-rise finishing works is essential, along with excellent site management and coordination skills. The ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges proactively is also crucial.

In addition to these technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client-handling skills, enabling them to support senior engineers and project managers in smooth project execution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site operations, including resolving technical challenges and ensuring high-quality finishing works.
