Site Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Development Manager to oversee architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management and coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site activities to ensure timely completion of projects within quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to manage project schedules and integrate architectural solutions with project demands.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives through active communication and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Relevant certification and licensing in architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural execution; airport/infrastructure project experience is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office.
