Junior Site Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Site Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaboration with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in on-site management, familiarity with building codes and regulations, and experience with AutoCAD or other design software. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
