Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple applied research projects at the institute
  • Represent PIs and scientists in project discussions, summarize, document and manage the project
  • Work closely with stakeholders across different organizations, collaborating with Faculty, Engineering and management teams
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interface and engage with external organizations through reports, meetings and presentations
  • Help manage scope, timelines and quality of research output in projects
  • Recommend tools, methods and processes to improve efficacy and efficiency of project tracking and execution
  • Serve as a single point contact for project related requests from stakeholders
  • Create, maintain and update presentations related to various project engagements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (Master's degree is preferred)
  • Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams
  • Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts and applications
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to manage/understand cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
