Site Merchandising Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and sales performance on Amazon.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for e-commerce site merchandising. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, shaping customer awareness and driving conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own on-site merchandising campaigns and promotional events for the e-commerce business.
  • Develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, including product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance.
