Ecommerce Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in program management, strategy development, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the eCommerce/ Omnichannel/D2C industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Strategy: Define and manage end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for product and technology initiatives.

1. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering leads and business stakeholders to align program goals with company objectives.
2. Execution: Ensure programs meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements while balancing competing priorities.

1. Market Analysis: Assess online and offline market evolution, pure-player strategies, and competition strategies.
2. Risk Assessment: Evaluate the impact of changing regulatory environments on Samsung's D2C business.
3. Growth Hacking: Identify new initiatives and partners to accelerate sales and traffic growth.
4. Business Optimization: Proactively identify areas for business optimization, efficiency improvements, and scalable growth.
5. Presentation: Present strategic recommendations and performance analyses to leadership and key stakeholders.
6. Sales Optimization: Optimize sales programs, payment infrastructure, and customer experience to maximize performance and satisfaction.
7. Partnership Development: Identify and incubate new strategic partnerships and initiatives.
8. Progress Tracking: Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively.

About the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, strategy development, and execution.
• Proven track record of delivering successful programs and achieving business goals.
