Job Title: Senior Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior data architect to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients re-invent their corporate finance function by leveraging advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and drive end-to-end data and analytics solution architecture from concept to delivery.
  2. Develop conceptual/logical/physical data models for analytics solutions.
  3. Ensure industry-accepted data architecture principles are integrated with allied disciplines and coordinated roll-out strategies are in place.
  4. Drive the design, sizing, setup etc. of Azure environments and related services.
  5. Provide mentoring on data architecture design and requirements to development teams.
  6. Reviews solution requirements and architecture to ensure selection of appropriate technology and integration of multiple systems.
  7. Advising on new technology trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  8. Participate in pre-sales activities and publish thought leaderships.
  9. Work closely with founders to drive the technology strategy for the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering multiple data solutions.
  • ETL development skills using SSIS, Data Factory and Microsoft technologies.
  • In-depth skills with SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, HDInsights, Azure Data Lake and ability to configure and administrate all aspects.
  • Experience with different data models like normalised, de-normalized, stars and snowflake models.
  • Data Quality Management and Data Architecture standardization experience.
  • Understanding of operational dependencies of applications, networks, systems, security and policy.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer science or software engineering along with software development methodologies.
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with technology and industry development.
