About the Role

As a strategic operations associate, you will be part of an ambitious team that is revolutionizing restaurant marketing and customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to support the CEO and leadership team in scaling the company by owning critical projects across business operations, growth, hiring, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support key projects across business operations, growth, hiring, and partnerships.
  • Help design and implement scalable processes and SOPs for a growing organization.
  • Work closely with the leadership team on strategic priorities, internal communications, and key decisions.
  • Ensure alignment across teams and facilitate collaboration to move fast on high-impact initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to drive recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate engagement.
  • Tackle urgent or ambiguous challenges that don't have a clear owner.
