About the Role:

To craft and execute cutting-edge city marketing and activation plans, leveraging regional market insights to drive growth. Develop strategic partnerships, amplify visibility, and unlock opportunities through creative bartering and innovative cashback solutions. Build seamless offline-to-online conversion with independent service providers and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities, segment target audiences, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored campaigns to penetrate new markets, considering cultural, economic, and demographic factors.
  • City Market & Activation: Execute end-to-end regional marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams for seamless execution of regional strategies.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular updates on campaign success, ROI, and insights to refine and improve regional marketing strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Strong Knowledge: Regional marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and campaign execution.
  2. Effective Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  3. Experience: 6-7 years of experience in building and executing city-level marketing and activation plans.
  4. Proven Track Record: Successful marketing campaigns in regional market research, data analysis, and consumer insights.
  5. Partnership Building: Ability to build and close partnerships, visibility, and activation opportunities at a city level.
  6. Linguistic Skills: Must speak regional language.
  7. Compliance Management: Proactive approach to managing compliance-related functions and activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
