Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our painting operations, where we supply top-quality paints and handle the application end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving expansion and smooth operations in our supply-and-apply setup. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing growth strategies to acquire more clients from institutions to big builders.
  • Overseeing the full cycle: sourcing paints, quoting jobs, and executing with precision.
  • Building and mentoring teams of skilled painters and project managers, focusing on training and safety.
  • Promoting sales through targeted marketing, partnerships with architects, and online tools like cost calculators.
  • Maintaining tight control over costs and profits to keep things running lean and efficient.
  • Ensuring every job meets quality standards with timely finishes and happy customers—handling everything from interiors to waterproofing.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and rolling out new services to expand our reach in cities across India.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in managing painting services under a supply-and-apply model. Experience scaling multi-city operations or setting up specialized painting solutions is a plus.
