Electronics Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Engineer to manage and maintain our laboratory equipment across various sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test solutions, calibration, and certification.

This role involves handling and maintaining lab instruments and tools, including DMMs, analyzers, and other equipment. The Electronics Test Engineer will also be responsible for planning and optimizing lab layouts to accommodate upcoming projects.

The successful candidate will have strong work experience with cable harness fabrication (crimping & soldering) following industry standards and detailed understanding of power types used across labs (AC & DC).

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of laboratory instruments and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with test solutions, calibration, and certification.
  • Planning and optimizing lab layouts.
  • Cable harness fabrication and soldering.
  • Detailed understanding of power types used across labs.
  • Coordinating electrical and mechanical requirements for labs.
  • Mapping competitive landscapes and tracking technology trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in electronics testing and laboratory management.
  • Diploma or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience working with multiple teams for lab upgrades and maintenance coordination.
  • Familiarity with various cable harnesses and connectors.
  • Understanding of laboratory equipment and their functions.
  • Lab electrical, mechanical, and cooling requirement knowledge.
  • Go-getter attitude and ability to navigate complex business scenarios.
