Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in subscription-based systems, with a strong foundation in SQL and Python.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and maintain the Zuora platform, including Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Zuora CPQ modules.
  2. Provide technical support for the Zuora platform, addressing issues, performing updates, and optimizing performance.
  3. Work with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between Zuora and enterprise systems.
  4. Develop and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes within Zuora.
  5. Create and maintain reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. A strong understanding of cloud-based technologies is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong foundation in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Technical expertise in at least two of the three core Zuora applications.
  • Experience working in subscription-based systems.
