Job Description

As a seasoned and forward-thinking professional, you will lead our global infrastructure design teams and play a pivotal role in our transformation journey. Your expertise in delivering reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services will drive modernization and automation efforts across the organization.

  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners across global teams.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment. Must have a good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Must have experience with traditional data center infrastructure (storage, compute, network, backup, monitoring).
  • Previous experience implementing container strategies, i.e., Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, ECS, GKS.
  • Hands-on familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
