HRMS Implementation ManagerAt our organization, we are seeking an experienced HRMS implementation manager to lead our digitization journey. This role will drive the integration, implementation, and adoption of our HR system from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for implementing our HR system, including system integration, training, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and adoption of the new system.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels to ensure effective use of the new system.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a strong background in HR systems and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of successful HRMS implementation and project management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from HR data and drive business decisions.
  • Agile, self-driven, and capable of handling high-paced environments.
