We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Internz Learn. This full-time position is located in Bangalore and is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their goals using our platform's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential learners to understand their needs and provide solutions through our platform's educational offerings.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into enrolled learners, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards by responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless course delivery and continued learner satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and learner interactions in the CRM.
  • Participate in product training sessions to enhance knowledge of available courses and associated benefits.
  • Generate new leads through outreach efforts, and nurture existing relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and feedback to continually improve sales strategies and processes.
