About this role
  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, automation, research, and documentation of operational procedures and processes.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant enterprise mobility experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, Troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
