Financial Data Expertise is crucial for our business. We require a highly skilled and motivated individual to develop and maintain high-performance, scalable database systems that handle vast volumes of financial market data.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining database schemas for storing and retrieving time-series financial data, including high-frequency tick data, OHLC data, and other market-specific datasets.

  • Data Management and Modeling:
  • Design and implement database schemas for storing and retrieving time-series financial data.
  • Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for ingesting data from various market sources in real-time.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all databases.

Architect database solutions for handling high write and read loads associated with tick-by-tick data.

Implement performance tuning techniques, including indexing and caching strategies.

Develop load balancing mechanisms to distribute user requests efficiently.

System Maintenance and Monitoring:

Monitor database performance and conduct regular health checks.

Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in database management.
