Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced solar operations professional to manage the maintenance of our PV systems.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot solar PV systems to ensure maximum plant uptime.
  • Monitor system performance for optimum energy output.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards.
  • Promptly document maintenance logs, service reports, and operational records.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in solar plant operations.
  • Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills, preventative maintenance practices & safety compliance knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on-site.
  • Familiarity with solar inverter systems, monitoring tools & grid integration is beneficial.
