Job Title: Senior Tester

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our testing efforts, bringing real-time experience and expertise in creating test cases, executing tests, reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure testing best practices.
  • Identify and communicate testing-related risks and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in creating test cases, executing tests, reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers.
  • Manual testing experience (5+ years).
  • Experience with API automation using REST Assured or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Maven, CICD Tools.
  • Testing of cloud-hosted applications and customer-facing applications.
  • Payments industry experience desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent technical skills, including SQL and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
