Job Title: Quality Assurance Director
Description: We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality systems and processes are in place and functioning effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality audit programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate vendor qualification activities to ensure that all suppliers meet our quality standards.
- Lead internal audits to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions plans.
- Develop and maintain GMP compliant document control systems to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
- Establish and maintain a robust quality management system to manage change, deviations, incidents, and complaints.
- Provide quality guidance to product development projects and programs.
- Ensure data integrity through the implementation of effective data management systems.
- Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Quality Assurance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
