Job Title: Senior Java Spring Developer

This role entails leading complex application development services within a project team or application support environment. Developers analyze, design, code, test, and implement systematic solutions to meet customer requirements that adhere to industry standards.

The job holder will provide general support to maintain complex applications meeting the service levels, system availability, performance, and quality levels required by customers. They may also mentor less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Takes a lead role in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing more complex application enhancements and providing production support.">
  • Utilizes the full system development life cycle per current standards.">
  • Collaborates with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements driving analysis and design of technical solutions.">
  • Provides required technical support including release implementations, on-call, and 24x7 supports when necessary.">
  • Works in compliance with all industry and IT standards, policies, and procedures.">
  • Participates on project teams in various roles including developer, technical lead, and project manager based on experience.">
  • Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners, and management assisting with or conducting technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions, and providing documentation.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

Candidate with 7+ years of experience in Java/Spring development is required.

">

Must have exposure to Microservices architecture with REST API.

">

Hands-on experience in devops tools like Git, Gradle is must.

">

Should have performed design to deployment of a microservices application.

">

Knowledge of Cloud is an added advantage.

">

Should have handled NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) development.

">

Good communication skills are essential as the role requires interaction with architects.

">

Basic knowledge in Python is an added advantage.

">

Should have performed design patterns for developing web applications and hands-on integrating frontend/backend applications.

">

Knowledge of cloud SDK in GCP is preferred and experience in GCP tools like Cloud Run, Firestore, App Engine, Cloud Function.

Should have participated in code review and design review for deliverables from the team.

">

Experience in analyzing sonarqube static code analysis is a must for the role.
