Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AgTech by building cutting-edge AI-powered platforms that directly impact millions of farmers.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced backend developer with expertise in Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask. They will have a strong track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and microservices.

The successful candidate will work closely with our AI engineers and product teams to integrate LLMs and GenAI-driven insights into our products. They will also ensure security, reliability, and performance across backend services.

As a senior member of our engineering team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with world-class engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI and machine learning.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of backend development experience
  • Expertise in Python and modern frameworks: FastAPI, Django, Flask
  • Strong experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure: AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
