Job Title: Expert Backend Developer

About the Position

We are looking for an accomplished Expert Backend Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work on Spring Boot microservices, API integrations and high-performance systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security and scalability.
  • Work with SQL/MySQL to design schemas, optimize queries and improve database performance.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions for new systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of backend development experience with Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on with SQL/MySQL (indexes, joins, query optimization, data modeling).
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills with production systems.
  • Experience with Kafka, Redis and NoSQL databases is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
