Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Treasurer to join our Treasury Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will focus on optimizing short-term liquidity and ensuring accurate cash management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor cash balances and bank reporting, maintaining treasury dashboards for seamless operations.
  • Develop comprehensive cash flow forecasts and analyze variances between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Manage the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity to ensure timely financial obligations.
  • Oversee debt schedules to guarantee all commitments are fulfilled within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile activities and ensure accurate wire payments.
  • Maintain bank reconciliations and account records with precision.

  • Proven experience in managing treasury or cash management functions.
  • Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal skills.
  • Advanced computer software proficiency, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
  • Potential for process improvement through defining SOPs and enhancing efficiency.
