">Key Responsibilities">
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
  • Create transfer pricing workings for transfers between sister entities.
  • Manage bank payments and AP invoice booking - AP and Payroll for Indian entity.
  • Ccoordinate with multiple teams internally (various LOBs / program owners) for AP and Taxes related activities.
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for monthly book closing (includes BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization etc).
  • Manage the FAR (Fixed Asset register) with reconciliation with books of accounts.
  • Review vendor ledger's and aging on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare cash flow projection.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of company Financial statement
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control.
  • Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processed to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions.
">Requirements">
  • CA mandatory
  • 3-5 years post qualification, in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.
  • Experience in start-ups which have achieved scale, working in technology enabled space is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams.
  • Knowledge of IndAS/ IFRS is a must.
  • Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) will be an added plus.
