Oracle Net Suite Finance Consultant Opportunity

Experience is required for the role of an Oracle Net Suite Finance Consultant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance and a strong understanding of ERP systems.


About the Position

As a senior consultant, you will lead the analysis, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Net Suite ERP systems. Your primary focus will be on project accounting and ensuring accurate budgeting, costing, billing, revenue recognition, and profitability reporting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Accounting: Oversee budgeting, costing, billing, revenue recognition, and profitability reporting processes.
  • R2 R & Integrations: Analyze and implement record-to-report processes and project accounting integrations.
  • Data Management & Migration: Ensure data cleansing, validation, and import/export operations are efficient and secure.
  • System Integration: Connect Oracle Net Suite with external systems while maintaining system integrity.
  • Customization & Automation: Develop workflows, forms, and fields using Suite Flow and Suite Builder to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Optimization & Best Practices: Implement process improvements and performance enhancements to optimize system utilization.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide end-user support, adoption, and create user manuals for seamless system usage.
  • Gap Analysis & Requirements: Translate business needs into effective solutions utilizing your analytical thinking.

Requirements
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Net Suite Finance and Project Accounting.
  • Proven experience in implementations and enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
  • Flexibility to work within US overlap hours.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Oracle Net Suite Certification(s).
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • Multi-entity exposure in high-growth environments.
