As a Legal Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with us to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for trademark search, registration, and data management.
  • Analyze and interpret trademark journals, oppositions, and other related documents.
  • Draft and review documents related to Intellectual Property rights, including cease and desist notices and affidavits.
  • Conduct thorough research and provide expert advice on trademark, design, and copyright matters.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Trade Mark and IP.
  • Deep understanding of Trademark, Design, and Copyright laws.
  • Excellent drafting and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Law graduate from a recognised University.
