Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads.

This role involves managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will be responsible for driving lead generation campaigns focused on high-intent audiences across different verticals.

You will also be expected to build and optimize landing pages and lead funnels for maximum conversions. Additionally, you will conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and CTAs to improve click-through and conversion rates.

In this role, you will work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copies. You will also collaborate with brand managers for campaign alignment with business goals.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can blend analytics, creativity, and strategy to deliver measurable results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in performance marketing and lead generation, preferably in multi-brand or agency environments.

Expertise in Platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, n8n, Zoho CRM, GPT, etc.

Strong Knowledge: Conversion rate optimization, funnel building, remarketing, A/B testing.

Analytical Tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM systems, Pixel.

Budget Handling: Proven ability to manage significant ad spends effectively.

Creative Sense: Ability to suggest and guide ad creatives for better engagement and conversions.
