Job Description

The Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical support to MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (formerly AX) in the Bengaluru office.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of technical requirements are captured.

Responsibilities include analysing requirements, providing technical support for D365 F&O platform, understanding business needs, and determining best technical solution.

The consultant will also be involved in testing activities, training end users, assisting with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications as required.

Maintenance, management, and support of D365 application post-implementation are also key responsibilities.

This includes managing version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment, as well as working closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.

Additional tasks include developing quality documentation, managing and maintaining security roles and user access management, supporting DRA, printer, and scanner-related requirements, creating, managing, and maintaining workflows, and monitoring batch jobs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, or D365 F&O
  • D365 Support experience
  • Understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application
