Job Opportunity: D365 QA Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced D365 QA Tester to fulfill key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes, business requirements, and proven experience with manual testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance.
  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and testing needs.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
  • Maintain testing best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Strong experience in manual testing and writing detailed test cases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • D365 functional knowledge is beneficial.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
