Seeking a seasoned professional to lead functional workshops, analyze business requirements, and configure D365 Commerce POS modules.

  • Create comprehensive documentation on process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
